Mission: Our Mission is to provide a safe and nurturing shopping experience for teenagers in need. Our target age group is 12-21 years of age; to include teens in foster care, teens that have aged out of foster care, homeless teens, or other teens in need of support. We project that we will serve over 5,000 referred teens this year providing them complete outfits and accessories FOR FREE.
What We Do
We provide NEW clothes for FREE to youth who are between the ages of 12 and 21 and have been referred to us. Because of the growing number of shoppers served, we ALWAYS need donations of new clothing and gift cards which allow us to shop to meet special needs.
How We Operate
Youth in need must be referred by an informed adult, someone who is familiar with the situation. Personnel representing agencies, schools, group homes, and regional treatment centers are welcome to refer a teen to San Antonio Threads.
