Homeless Prevention Services

Our Homeless Prevention Services provides rental assistance, utility assistance and supportive services to individuals and families who are in imminent danger of eviction, or are currently homeless.

Young Adult Stability and Support (YASS) Center

The YASS Center is a safe space for young adults (ages 18-24) to access critical resources on their path to self-sufficiency. From housing and career assistance to physical and mental health resources, the YASS Center is a judgement-free zone for those in need.

Street Outreach

Our Street Outreach team engages unsheltered individuals, helping meet their basic needs and connecting them to the homeless services system and other community resources.

Rapid Re-housing

This program reduces the amount of time a family experiences homelessness and rapidly re-houses families into permanent, affordable homes. Financial assistance is provided for up to 3 months along with 12 months of case management.

Veterans' Housing Stability Program

We provide housing support to veterans or surviving spouses through homeless prevention, rapid re-housing and wrap-around services.

Emergency Shelter

Our low-barrier Emergency Shelter is designed to serve our community's most vulnerable, individuals with long histories of homelessness and physical and/or mental health disabilities.

Transitional Housing

Our Transitional Living and Learning Center (TLLC) is home for 40 families as they work to overcome homelessness. The TLLC provides housing, support and resources to families (parent plus at least one minor child) who show a commitment to gaining self-sufficiency. The individual needs of all family members are supported for a two year period, promoting the viability of the family as a whole while they transition out of homelessness.

Permanent Supportive Housing

We assist and empowers families to live as independently as possible. Our permanent housing program assists families with whom one member of the family has a disability. We manages 100 set-aside housing vouchers to help families find permanent housing in the private rental market.
