Sherri Coots
Sherri Coots is the Operations Director of Life Choices Care. She stated, they offer free pregnancy tests, free limited ultrasounds, free material assistance programs, free professional counseling and also help with the application for pregnancy Medicaid.
They offer parenting classes four times a week with two of them on zoom and two in-person. With each class, parents get a gift and baby bucks to spend in their boutique. Once they reach 8 classes, they can pick out a big-ticket item, which could be a car seat, highchair, play pen or anything that will help them with their pregnancy.
She stated whether you are a teenager, 20- or 30-year-old, a pregnancy can be overwhelming, so they often support them for a year or more.
If you are pregnant or if you have children under the age of 3, they can help, and all of their services are free. If you want to become involved with Life Choices Care, visit

Althea Richardson
Althea Richardson is the Clinic Director of Life Choices Care. She is also a counselor and a life & mental health coach and oversees the Life Choices Care staff. But her primary responsibility is counseling individuals who suffered or survived trauma, domestic violence, sexual abuse, a miscarriage, or an abortion to name a few. When counseling either men or women, many times the person does not know what is wrong with them. They just feel angry, sad, and/or anxious. Althea helps them understand their emotions and the condition of their mental health. She equips them with tools for life, so they can walk out with hope.
She has a conversation with them about where they are concerning God. She helps them look at their future and where they are headed in life. She counsels young adults that are not married, and the partner is not supportive of the pregnancy. She talks to married couples whose relationship is failing and provides council on what is hurting the marriage. For more information, visit www.lifechoicescare.com.
