Call the Outreach, Screening, Assessment, & Referral services (OSAR).
Individuals needing substance abuse services will be scheduled for a screening, either over the phone or in-person, to identify the extent of the substance abuse problem and discuss referral options based on the result of the screening.
Due to Federal confidentiality regulations (42 CFR Part 2) and the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Land Manor is unable to confirm nor deny communications or admissions for any individual, past, present, or future. Please understand that any Contact Us submissions in reference to an individual's name and/or treatment facility will not be answered from their website.
