Mission: Our mission is to facilitate charitable, educational, and faith-based services in under-served communities by assisting men, women, children, and formerly incarcerated persons with finding housing, enrolling in literacy programs, and obtaining employment skills that lead to a better quality of life.

Vision: Extend a second chance to those looking to become productive citizens by providing access to life skills programs that focus on personal development and career readiness. Educate persons on the principles of independent living by collaborating with local, county, state and other organizations that focus on transitional housing , living assistance support, and food pantry services. Connect all persons with occupational services that include career counseling, job hunting skills, and ultimately job placement with local, county and state entities. Provide one-on-one and group mentoring for up to one calendar year that will increase personal accountability and significantly reduce recidivism. Collaborate with the public and private school districts, colleges, and non-profits that offer GED course, vocational training and self-awareness programs that lead to long-term professional success.
