Mission: The mission of the Guadalupe Community Center is to provide human services that enhance the culture, health, and quality of life of individuals and families in the San Antonio Community.

Adopt-A-Senior

Pairing of volunteers with isolated seniors to provide basic needs and companionship.


After School Program

Free program to students in Kindergarten through 12th grade to receive tutoring and mentoring after school as well as extracurricular activities and social activities in a safe environment.


Clothes Closet

New and gently used clothing for babies through adults.


Disaster Relief

Immediate assistance for our neighbors who are displaced due to unforeseen circumstances, a natural disaster, or a humanitarian crisis.


Emergency Financial Assistance

One-time emergency financial assistance to prevent homelessness and utility disconnection as well as provide financial coaching and budgeting assessment for income-eligible individuals and families.


Food Pantry

Free canned food, dry goods, meat, dairy, and baked goods distributed safely through a drive-through distribution.


Houseless Prevention

Provides eligible individuals and families with holistic case management, basic needs, and rental assistance while providing guidance on life skills, housing stability, and self-sufficiency resources.


Mobile Relief Units

Mobile Relief and Shower Trailer provide immediate family and support services through the San Antonio and surrounding 19 counties of the Archdiocese of San Antonio. It includes a mobile food pantry and USDA-certified kitchen to serve warm, fresh meals. The shower trailer has two bathroom units with sink, toilet, and shower, as well as laundry machines.


Project Cool

Free box fan distribution for seniors 60 and older and the disabled from June 1 through September 30.


St. Phocas Garden

Provides organic produce all year long to supplement the St. Stephen’s CARE Center Food Pantry.


St. Stephen’s CARE Center Food Pantry

A client-choice food pantry that is a curbside pick-up station for individuals & families to receive canned goods, dry goods, dairy, meat, and produce.


Veronica’s Boutique

Free baby-related material assistance and parenting resources for pregnant or parenting mothers of children younger than three years old.


Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA)

Free tax preparation for individuals who earn up to $60,000 annually within 72 hours.
