Girls Inc. of San Antonio provides youth development, leadership, education, and enrichment programs that help girls build the skills and confidence they need to thrive. Serving girls and young women from kindergarten through career preparation, the organization creates supportive environments where participants can learn, develop friendships, explore their interests, and prepare for their futures.

Programs focus on the whole girl and include leadership development, STEM and STEAM education, health and wellness, healthy relationships, behavioral health and wellness support, community involvement, mentorship, college readiness, career exploration, and life skills. They offer age-appropriate programs for elementary, middle school, and high school students, along with summer camps and leadership opportunities. Girls can participate in hands-on activities, explore potential careers, strengthen communication and problem-solving skills, and develop the confidence to become leaders in their schools and communities.
