Mission: Girls Inc. of San Antonio is an affiliate of the national Girls Incorporated organization that was established locally in November 2004. With a mission to inspire all girls to be strong, smart, and bold, Girls Inc. of San Antonio helps girls age 6 to 18 overcome barriers that prohibit them from achieving their personal, educational, and career goals.

While the organization is not the only girl-focused program, Girls Inc. is the only girl-serving institution in the community that is trauma-informed and provides a holistic learning experience for girls outside of standard school hours. Girls Inc. knows that there is no other agency in the community that delivers research-based curriculum in a pro-girl and girls-only environment that is physically, socially, and emotionally safe to the extent that Girls Inc. is committed to.
