Career Pathways Certificate Programs
Our accelerated career pathway programs allow eligible adult learners to earn an industry-recognized certification in a high-demand industry. An application, orientation, and initial academic assessment are required before registration. Each program starts with a 12-hour Career Exploration and Skills Enhancement (Career EASE) course.
Eligibility Requirements
- 18 years or older when applying for the program
- Have a valid photo ID
- Have not earned an associate degree or higher
- Willing to take assessments related to barriers, academics, skills aptitude, and workplace readiness
- Committed to completing the program
Your Commitments
- Complete all enrollment steps – application, orientation, and initial academic assessment.
- Complete a 12-hr. CareerEASE course prior to starting the technical portion of the career pathway program.
- Be engaged in class and attend a minimum of 12 hours per week.
- Regularly meet with your Success Coach (@ least monthly).
- Complete 40 total hours of academic support once in the program.
- Complete ongoing academic assessments.
- Adjust personal and/or work schedule to attend scheduled classes.
- Take the certification test after completing the program.
